ExcelSheetsPro Publisher — App Privacy Policy

Excel Sheets Pro (excelsheetspro.com) is the party responsible for the data handled by the ExcelSheetsPro Publisher app. The app is a private, internal tool used only by our own team. It is not offered to the public, has no external users, and no one outside our business can sign in to it.

1. Data we access

Through Meta's advertising and Page interfaces, the app accesses only business assets we own or administer:

  • Advertising campaign settings we have created ourselves
  • Aggregate advertising performance metrics such as impressions, clicks and spend
  • Creative assets we upload ourselves — images and ad copy
  • The business Page and business Instagram account used to publish our own ads

The app does not collect or process personal data belonging to consumers, followers, customers or any other third party. It does not access private messages, contact details or user profiles.

2. How we use it

Data is used for one purpose only: to create, manage, measure and publish advertising for Excel Sheets Pro. There is no other processing, no profiling, and no automated decision-making affecting individuals.

3. Storage and security

Operational data is held on company-controlled systems with access limited to authorised staff. We do not store Meta account credentials or passwords. Access tokens are kept in restricted configuration and can be revoked at any time from Meta's settings.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade this data, and we do not share it with third parties. The only party it is transmitted to is Meta Platforms, Inc., in order to publish and measure Excel Sheets Pro's own advertising.

5. Data deletion and your rights

Anyone whose data may be held by this app may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@excelsheetspro.com with the subject line Data deletion request. We confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Access can also be revoked directly at any time: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove the app. Revoking access immediately ends all data flow.
