Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Valid reasons include:
- Files corrupted or not downloadable after purchase
- Wrong product delivered
- Duplicate accidental purchase
- Payment errors

- Change of mind once files have been successfully downloaded
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase — all sales are final after 7 days
