What is the difference between a purchase order and an invoice?
The buyer sends a purchase order to the supplier before delivery, to say what is ordered and at what price. The supplier sends an invoice after, to ask for payment. Matching the two is how you avoid paying for what never arrived.
Can I put my company logo on the purchase order?
Yes. Insert your logo at the top of the form with Insert, then Picture, in Excel or Google Sheets.
